*
Provide early intervention services to infant and toddler population.
*
Services are provided in natural! environment.
*
Occupational Therapist would be joining a multi-disciplinary practice.
*
Schedules visits with families on caseload in the natural environment to implement the IFSP.
*
Provides occupational therapy to infants and instructs caretaker/family.
*
Keeps notes on visits and progress on IFSP goals.
*
Writes reports and progress notes according to outlined procedure and submit reports within required timelines.
*
Performs assessments of assigned caseload if required. Coordinates childs program with other team members for the purpose of achieving uniformity of goals.
*
Refers questions that should be addressed by physician/primary medical facility regarding students medical needs to coordinator/supervisor for follow-up.
Requirements
*
Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy and current State Board of Exam! iners Occupational Therapist license.
*
Expe! rience with 0-3 pediatric population.
*
Complete early childhood training/certification standards required by service contract.
*
Must possess strong organizational skills and have ability to travel between sights and provide services at multiple locations during work-day.
