Description: HealthPRO Rehabilitation is in need of Pediatric Physical Therapy right now, this job will be reside in Delaware. Further informations about this job opportunity kindly see the descriptions. This is a very unique opportunity in Pediatrics working full time at Exceptional Care for Children. This is a non- profit that cares for medically fragile children. They provide support in transition and ! long term care. The average age of child is 4 years.
Patients are given a new home-like facility with each child having private rooms with personal bathroom and balcony. Nurse to patient ratio is 5 children to 1 nurse & 1 aide. The facility provides exceptional care and has music, art and play therapy for the children including in-house schooling for those who are unable to be transported. Three therapy gyms are located in the facility with state of the art therapy equipment.

Candidates will gain experience with feeding issues, Trachs and Ventilator Dependence, development delays, nonverbal and verbal communication systems, Neurological impairments, pediatric daily living skills for wheelchair bound children, muscular atrophy, complex physical anomalies and cognitive impairments. As requested, attached you will find paperwork that must be completed at the time of job offer: • Drug Test directions included â€" EE can visit any LabCorp our account number is 977080, 5 panel prehire drug test required.
ECC has a house acct. Included directions to closest LabCorp facility to ECC. Drug Test must be completed within 3 business days of offer. • Criminal Background Check & Fingerprinting.
Form, directions/location information and reimbursement sheet enclosed • Child Abuse Registry Check â€" form must be completed and submitted to me for processing. • Adult Abuse Registry Check! â€" same as Child… complete form & submit to me • Background Check Center…. OIG, AAR, SOR, Prof. Regulation all consistently monitored… as are Crim Background, Child Protection, and Service Letters… BCC Consents/Notification Forms must be completed and submitted to me.
- W-4 & I-9 enclosed • PPD required annually. If no record, in past year â€" individual must obtain 2-step… we can do this at facility. • EE release & Service Letter - EE must sign release, we sent to current/previous ER. There is additional paperwork on 1st day… can send or review if you’d like.
