Occupational Therapist/OT - Pediatrics Outpatient A local reputable non profit healthcare organization is looking for 2 full-time Occu! pational Therapists to work in their outpatient rehabilitation facility and treat pediatrics. Patient caseload will vary and include clinical diagnoses related to Autism, anywhere among the spectrum, post traumatic brain injury, Cerebral Palsy, and developmental delays. The organization as a whole works with children in a variety of settings - inpatient rehab, outpatient, schools, long-term, and homecare - so there are opportunities, if you would like, to rotate to different settings. Each facility within the system works with patients from birth to 21 years of age and they focus on a family centered care approach, which requires a parent or guardian to participate in every patient treatment session. The patient care is all one on one allowing for true quality care.
