Description: ResCare is at present recruited Infant and Toddler Occupational Therapist- Educational Services right now, this job will be placed in Delaware. Further informations about this job opportunity please read the description below. Provide early intervention services to infant and toddler population.
Services are provided in natural environment.
Schedules visits with families on caseload in the natural environment to implement the IFSP.
Provides occupational therapy to infants and instructs caretaker/family.
Keeps notes on visits and progress on IFSP goals.
Writes reports and progress notes according to outlined procedure and submit reports within required timelines.
Performs assessments of assigned caseload if required. Coordinates child’s program with other team members for the purpose of achieving uniformity of goals.
Refers questions that should be addressed by physician/primary medical facility regarding student’s medical needs to coordinator/supervisor for follow-up.
Requirements
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy and current State Board of Examiners Occupational Therapist license.
Experience with 0-3 pediatric population.
Co! mplete early childhood training/certification standards requir! ed by service contract.
Must possess strong organizational skills and have ability to travel between sights and provide services at multiple locations during work-day.
