PHP 43,000 - PHP 50,000 Basic

Hiring Process
Note that for USRN Trainer, we offer hybrid setup for those who will be hired under QC, Taguig, Makati, Muntinlupa, and Cebu. For Davao hires, they will have a permanent work from home setup.
Primary Responsibilities
Performs routine or structured work
Responds to routine or standard requests
Uses existing procedures and facts to solve routine problems or conduct routine analyses
Depends on others for instruction, guidance, or direction
Assessing learning needs of individuals and teams within clinical programs
Developing learning goals, objectives, curriculum, and measurements that promote desired performance outcomes
Creating and delivering instructional content using adult learning principles and strategies with relevant business consideration
Leveraging learning technologies and tools for presentation, collaboration, and engagement
Providing learning and instructional expertise to individuals and teams
Facilitating and managing learning in web-based and/or face-to-face environments
Reviewing evaluative data to make improvements and/or establish new initiatives and business improving solutions
Maintaining updates to curriculum and assessments based on changes and relevant feedback
Establishing positive working relationships with all levels of staff and management
Providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to learners
Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

College Graduate - BS Nursing
Active/Inactive USRN License; Can be Non-mainland
For expired licenses, we can only accept if it’s less than 12 months expired
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
