About Our Client
For our Client - a well established real estate investment firm - due to further portfolio growth we are seeking for an experienced professional for a position of Senior Asset Manager. Successful candidate will be responsible for managing polish portfolio with a strong focus on leasing area.
Job Description
- Formulate and implement annual strategic plans and budget to improve the performance of the properties and their net property income
- Prepare the annual business plan and operating budget
- Build and develop strong commercial relationship with tenants
- Undertake leasing initiatives to retain current tenancies and attract new tenants to enhance occupancy and rentals at the properties
- Review and recommend lease terms, negotiate with prospective tenants to achieve desired rent and occupancy
- Develop and implement long term capital expenditure budgets and advise on prudent and intelligent investment in the properties (CAPEX, tenant improvements etc.) to maximise future value
- Assist in analysing, planning of real estate assets within the portfolio to determine its highest and best use
- Oversee all property management issues
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to Board of Directors
The Successful Applicant
- Master's degree in Finance, Business or or its equivalent
- At least 10 years of experience within leasing or asset management area
- Excellent knowledge within logistics market area
- Strong leasing experience with proven track record
- Be operationally hands-on, dynamic (showing entrepreneurship) with sound financial grounding
- Fluency in English
- Strong negotiation and communications skills
