Leading English Enrichment Centre is looking for Head of Planning, Operations and Customer Service (based in headquarter, East).

The main role:
Manage both the front and back end operational and customer service support teams for Singapore and Malaysia markets.
Reporting to the Director, you are required to work closely and foster good partnership with the following stakeholders :
- Regional General Managers and offices
- Leadership Team
- Customer Relations and Operations Team
- Administrative and Planning Staff
- Parents
Overall Centre Operational and Customer Service Support
- Lead and manage the entire operations across branches to ensure efficient and seamless flow of operations (including planning / scheduling of classes, workshops and activities, registrations etc).
- Work closely with the Customer Service and Enrolment teams to ensure a high quality of liaison and smooth operations.
- Set up a customer service team and spearhead building and excellent customer experience.
- Lead and manage the resources planning and distributions across all branches.
Strategic planning
- Develop and formulate operational infrastructure to support the needs across organisation (can include cost optimisation, system implementation, cultural transformation).
- Pinpoint system, structural and process improvements across the company, make actionable recommendations and drive execution to implement change.
Facilities Management
- Work closely with the facilities team to ensure prompt facility management services, maintenance and support to all branches..
- Oversee maintenance budget across all branches.
- Manage new branch opening projects and renovation works.
What you would need to have:
- At least 5 years in a similar capacity with preferably a relevant degree in either Business/Finance/Computer Science.
- Comprehensive understanding of education institution operations, operational systems, procedures, standards and practices.
- Possess good IT skills and knowledge, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
- Able to analyse data and statistics for trends and patterns with exceptional skills in Excel or Google Sheet.
- People leader with strong influencing and planning skills.
Work Hours Commitment : Mon to Fri 9am to 6pm, Tampines area
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $6,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
