Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent service to customers
- Possess knowledge over a board spectrum of terminals in order to assist different customers need. Training will be provided.
- Ensure information has to be accurately updated in system.
Tasks include:
- Reporting of Fault Call & troubleshooting via HelpDesk
- Provide daily communication of faults call reports to the Banks.
- Merchant enquiry & report terminal issue
- Report fault via call or email
- Operation support : Daily Scheduling of jobs, QC Checks, etc
- Report Preparation: Tally data and make sure accuracy before submission to relevant parties. Preparation of billing report, monthly, bi-monthly report for internal teams.
- Coordination between vendors.
- Work order preparation.
Requirement and Qualification
- Diploma/Nitec in any discipline.
- With min. 2 years work experience.
- IT Helpdesk/ Call centre experience will be added advantage.
- Must possess good attitude and work ethics.
- Good attendance record and a responsible person.
Location: Kaki Bukit (nearest MRT: Ubi/ Kaki Bukit)
Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm
Additional: Mobile Standby (with allowance)
One week in a month
Monday to Friday 6pm – 10pm
Saturday / Sunday / Public Holidays 9am to 10pm
