Assists/supports Executive Assistant in the Chairman's Office:
1. Office support
- Daily preparation/cleaning of office.
- Open and sort out incoming documents. Records all outgoing mails/documents.
- Scanning/printing of documents.
- Video shoot assistance.
- Visa document support
- Gifts monitoring
- Office supplies management
- Reports network failure in the GMs office to IT team
- Assists in the creation of annual calendar.
- IC cabinet stocks management.
- Checks product display in GMs office
- Orders business cards.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From Php22,000.00 per month
